2. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for unauthorized purposes.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, text, and other materials). You grant ADPIK a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service.
You must not post or share content that is:
- Illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening
- Sexually explicit or involving minors in any way
- Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Spam, misleading, or intended to harm others
4. Messaging and Social Features
ADPIK includes social features such as posts, profiles, search, and private messaging. You agree to use these features respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, bullying, grooming, or unwanted contact is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service or attempt to breach its security
- Use automated tools to scrape data or spam users
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
6. Content Moderation and Termination
We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our community standards. We may take action without prior notice where required for safety or legal compliance.
7. Child Safety
ADPIK has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities. See our Child Safety Standards for more information.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ADPIK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
